Terms

Terms of Service

This is an initial version of the conditions of use, provided so you can use Code Tweet with confidence. It has not yet undergone formal legal review and will be updated as needed.

1. What the service does

Code Tweet is a drafting aid that generates suggested posts for X from a GitHub repository's README or a description you enter. It also provides an editor (App SS) for creating screenshot images for App Store submission. Always review the generated results yourself before posting or submitting them.

2. Accounts and authentication

Signing in with GitHub gives you the free-tier allowance and the repository selection feature. Managing your account information, signing out, and deleting your account are your own responsibility.

3. Usage limits

The number of generations is capped according to how you use the service: as a guest, on the free tier, with purchased credits, or on a subscription. Purchased credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Excessive continuous use, unauthorized access, and use intended to circumvent limits are prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited: content that infringes the rights of third parties, illegal or harmful content, spam, impersonation, acts that interfere with the operation of the service, and any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate.

5. Handling of uploaded material

Images imported into the screenshot creation feature are stored only on your own device (in the browser's local storage) and are not transmitted to the operator's servers. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the images you import and to the image assets you create, and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties. Use of the images you create — including submission to the App Store — is at your own responsibility.

6. Handling of generated output

AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccurate wording, or outdated information. Verify facts such as post content, URLs, prices, feature names, and legal wording yourself.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed as needed. When a significant change is made, it will be announced by appropriate means, such as a notice within the service.

9. Governing language

The Japanese version of these terms is the authoritative text. Versions in other languages are reference translations provided for your convenience; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese version prevails.
